Voice Performance

Anjali has had the opportunity to perform at many prestigious concert halls and venues around the world. Some noteworthy ones are Carnegie Hall in New York,  Musikverein in Vienna, Quorum in Mumbai and numerous halls in Spain.

The Quorum, Mumbai

Anjali worked at the prestigious club called The Quorum in Mumbai India. She curated an hour and a half long opera and musical theater solo show, singing for diplomats, politicians, and music lovers in India. The song sets went through and told different stories about love and grief. Her 25,000 INR remuneration was donated to donated to Musicians Without Borders a charity that uses music for peace building and social change. In collaboration with local musicians and organizations, they bring music to people and places affected by war, armed conflict, and displacement.

Carnegie Hall, NYC

Anjali auditioned for and won 2nd place in the American Protege International Music competition. She was chosen out of applicants from 70 different countries in numerous music categories. She had the honor of performing “Nessun Dorma”  in front of hundreds of people at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall New York.

Spain Singing Tour

Anjali is an integral part of her school choir as a Soprano 1. As student officer in her school choir Anjali performed a solo descant part in three concert halls in Spain during a one week singing tour. The concert halls were Palacio de Congresos “El Greco” in Toledo, Auditorio Salvador Segui in Valencia, and Auditorio Municipal Joaqin Rodrigo in Madrid.

Musikverein, Vienna

Anjali won second place at the Grand Prize Virtuoso International Music competition two years in a row competing with instrumental and vocal applicants from all over the world. She was invited to perform at the Musikverein in Vienna, Austria where she had the distinct privilege of traveling to and performing for hundreds of people. She really enjoyed meeting and interacting with other fellow participants from different countries.
